MOSCOW, November 25 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has approved a long-term development plan for Russia until 2020, the government press service said Tuesday.
Putin said the federal agencies of the Russian Federation should be guided in their work by the provisions of the plan, entitled Concept-2020.
The premier also instructed the Russian Economic Development Ministry to develop a long-term forecast for social and economic development until 2030, and submit it to the government by August 1, 2009.
