The Slavic Union and the Movement Against Illegal Immigration applied to City Hall to hold the Russian Labor March near the All-Russia Exhibition Center (VVTs) in northeastern Moscow.
"They have permitted a rally without a demonstration or sound amplifiers near the entrance to the VVTs," said Dmitry Dyomushkin, the leader of the Slavic Union.
He added that the march would take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (12:00-14:00 GMT) and said the authorities had agreed to the proposed number of participants, 1,500 people.
The last Russian March, devoted to Russian Airborne Troops soldiers who died in the North Caucasus republic of Chechnya, was held on March 1 and passed off without incident. Dyomushkin has said he wants to hold the rallies four times a year.
