MOSCOW, July 12 (RIA Novosti) - A group of armed robbers entered a jewelry store in southwest Moscow on Sunday, and stole cash and jewels worth over 4 million rubles ($120,000), police said.
The incident occurred on Dmitry Donskoy bulvar in North Butovo, a police source told RIA Novosti.
The robbers held up the store workers at gunpoint, and "took jewelry from the window display and cash from the till, before fleeing in a silver Mercedes," the source said.
A group of investigators is working at the scene, and a search operation is underway.
