Seven dead, 10 injured after bus hits truck in south Russia

MAKHACHKALA, November 14 (RIA Novosti) - Seven people were killed and 10 others injured on Saturday when a bus collided with a truck in the south Russian republic of Dagestan, local officials said.
Two of those who died were children, an emergencies spokesman told RIA Novosti.
An Ikarus bus crashed into a Kamaz truck in the morning on the Makhachkala-Sulak highway, near the village of Lvovskoye. The bus burst into flames.
The spokesman said the injured are being treated at the nearby Babayurt hospital, and in the regional capital, Makhachkala.
