A total of 21 people, injured during Friday's fire in the Urals city of Perm, will be flown to Moscow for treatment, Russia's emergencies minister, Sergei Shoigu, told journalists on Saturday.
An emergencies ministry spokesman said that evacuation "begins now."
A second emergencies ministry plane with a team of doctors landed in Perm at 7:50 Moscow time [4:50 GMT]. It can transport up to 20 injured.
The blaze occurred during a firework show late on Friday, apparently due to a breach of fire safety rules. The cafe burned out almost completely with fire spreading to the area of 400 square meters.
The official death toll by the Russian emergencies ministry stands at 102. A spokesman for Russia's health and social development ministry said on Saturday 134 people were taken to hospital following the deadly blaze, 79 of them in serious condition.
Some Russian media said up to 112 people were killed, but the emergencies ministry did not confirm the information.
A spokesman for Russia's top investigation authority said a team of investigators and forensics, led by Russia's chief investigator, Alexander Bastrykin, has set off for Perm.
