A blast in the car of the acting deputy Interior Minister of the Russian North Caucasus republic of Ingushetia has left at least one person injured, an Interior Ministry official said.
"At 8.50 Moscow time [4.50 GMT] at a parking place near police headquarters, a Niva car, owned by the acting deputy Interior Minister, was blown up," an Ingush police official said.
According to preliminary data, the driver of the car was injured and has been hospitalized.
"An investigative group has arrived at the scene," an investigative committee spokesman said.
