At least 15 dead in Vladikavkaz market blast

At least 15 people were killed and 40 injured on Thursday in a blast at a market in Vladikavka z, the capital of Russia's North Caucasus republic of North Ossetia, a spokesman for investigators said.

The spokesman said the power of the explosive device was equivalent to 30-40 kg of TNT. The bomb was detonated by a suicide bomber.
