Russian President Dmitry Medvedev called on Thursday for curbs on contracts involving companies headed by relatives of government officials.
“I consider it sensible to introduce restrictions on deals between state bodies and commercial organizations where chief executives are relatives of the relevant government bodies and companies,” Medvedev said during his final state-of-the-nation address before he steps down as president.
