MOSCOW, August 10 (RIA Novosti) - The head of the Russian Energia Rocket and Space Corporation is in the United States for negotiations over commercial flights around the Moon for space tourists, the head of the Russian space agency said here Wednesday.

"[Nikolai] Sevastyanov has left for New York for negotiations on space tourism, in particular, on the project to fly around the Moon," Anatoly Perminov said. "We will be able to accomplish the project."

He said Energia had developed the project and submitted it to the space agency. The project comprises a two-week "space trip," including one week at the International Space Station (ISS) and a subsequent flight around the Moon.

The space tour will cost about $100 million, according to Sevastyanov's estimate.
