MOSCOW, August 9 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov signed a document establishing a state-owned Armed Forces radio and television network, to be run by the Defense Ministry, a government spokesman said.
According to the document, the network's priorities are television and radio broadcasting, advertising and programs aimed at improving the credibility of military service in Russia and of the social security system for military servicemen.
