URGENT: Supreme Court rules against abolishing National Bolshevik Party

MOSCOW, August 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Supreme Court has overturned a Moscow Region Court ruling to outlaw the National Bolshevik Party, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the courtroom.

The presiding judge said the prosecutor's request to close the party had been turned down. The Supreme Court thereby upheld the appeal filed by the party's lawyer.
