Female pole jumper takes 6th gold for Russia at EAC

Russian athlete Svetlana Feofanova won gold in the women's pole jump event at the European Athletics Championships in Barcelona on Friday.
The 2003 world champion jumped 4.75 meters on the first attempt to take the gold.
The bronze and silver medals were won by German athletes Silke Spiegelburg and Lisa Ryzih, who both managed 4.65 meters.
The Russian team has won six gold, four silver and six bronze medals at the championships so far.
