KIEV, August 21 (RIA Novosti) - A fire at an ammunition depot in Ukraine has been extinguished, and no further explosions have been reported, rescue services said Monday.

The artillery ammunition depot caught fire Saturday in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhya region, leading to detonations that left four people injured. It was put out Sunday, and traffic, including rail links between Russia and the Crimean autonomy on the Black Sea, has been restored.

"As of 7 a.m. local time [4a.m. GMT] August 21, no fire or weapons detonations at the base have been reported," rescue services said.

A total of 428 people were involved in the firefighting and rescue operation. Emergency Situations Minister Viktor Baloga coordinated the efforts.
