TBILISI, February 12 (RIA Novosti) - A Defense Ministry helicopter made an emergency landing due to a technical failure in western Georgia Monday, the local administration said.
The helicopter, bound from Tbilisi to a military base with 17 people onboard, landed near a car factory in Kutaisi. No one was killed in the accident.
Those injured in the emergency landing were hospitalized, but their lives were not in danger.
Georgian TV company Imedi reported earlier that the helicopter had crashed.
