KIEV, February 26 (RIA Novosti) - Six apartments were damaged in an explosion that hit an apartment block in central Ukraine Monday morning, the country's rescue service said.
The Ministry of Emergencies said the explosion in the town of Kryvyi Rih had caused no fire in the building and that rescue officers were currently assessing the number of victims and the scale of damages.
A total of 61 people and 15 technical units have been engaged to clean up the scene.
