MOSCOW, May 16 (RIA Novosti) - Six representatives of the Gazprom [RTS: GAZP] energy giant have been elected to the board of directors of the Mosenergo [RTS: MSNG] electricity provider at an annual shareholder meeting, the company said in a news release.
The board will now also include three representatives of the Russian electricity monopoly Unified Energy System [RTS: EESR] and two from Mosenergo.
Gazprom bought a 29% stake in Mosenergo earlier this month.
