HARBIN, June 15 (RIA Novosti) - Trade between China and Russia could exceed $40 billion in 2007, a Chinese state councilor said at an international trade and economic fair in northeast China.

Tang Jiaxuan told the 18th China Harbin International Fair for Trade and Economic Cooperation: "Trade between the two countries amounted to $12.5 billion in the first four months of 2007, and the figure should exceed $40 billion for the whole of 2007."
