BELGRADE, June 22 (RIA Novosti) - Serbia's justice ministry has issued an international arrest warrant for Slobodan Milosevic's widow on charges of running a tobacco smuggling operation in the 1990s, Belgrade news agency FoNet said Friday.

Serbian officials said her property will be seized and bank assets frozen in Serbia and abroad.

Mirjana Markovic has lived in Russia for the past few years following Milosevic's death of a heart attack while on trial at the UN war crimes tribunal at The Hague.

Prosecutors said they will also soon file charges against Milosevic's son, Marko, over his alleged involvement in the smuggling ring.
