Talks between Javier Solana and Ali Larijani "will take place next Tuesday in one of Europe's capitals, most likely Vienna or Rome," Jawad Waidi, deputy secretary of the Islamic Republic's Supreme Security Council, told the Iranian Students' News Agency.
