Imedi was suspended November 7 amid opposition protests for allegedly inciting violence in the ex-Soviet republic. Last week, a court in Tbilisi ruled to reinstate the TV station's broadcasting license and return its confiscated assets.
"We do not know yet whether Imedi will be able to resume full broadcasts from tomorrow, but it has been clearly decided that Imedi will go back on air at 8 p.m. December 11," said Maya Tabagari.
She said Imedi journalists had started working as usual Monday.
Imedi is owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. and, according to some reports, Georgian billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili, although the businessman said he had sold his 49% share in the company to the corporation in 2006.
Patarkatsishvili, who is suspected by Georgian authorities of seeking to instigate a coup during November's protests, has announced plans to run for president. The businessman currently lives abroad.
Former President Mikheil Saakashvili called early elections after riot police clamped down on opposition protesters in Tbilisi, who demanded his resignation over corruption allegations.
