The president will meet with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif, and parliamentary speaker Ahmed Suroor.
At the talks, the sides are expected to discuss ways of boosting bilateral trade, in particular in the agricultural, oil and gas, aviation, machine building, and military hardware sectors, as well as Ukraine's role in Mideast conflict resolution.
Ukraine and Egypt are expected to sign a bilateral agreement on cooperation in space research and satellites.
During his stay, Yushchenko will attend a forum for Ukrainian and Egyptian businesspeople. He is also set to meet Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa.
The Ukrainian president travelled to Egypt from Libya, where he met with the country's leader Muammar al-Gaddafi.
