MOSCOW, April 28 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov will arrive in the Hague, the Netherlands on an official visit later on Monday, a spokesman for the Russian government said.

The prime minister is expected to sign a joint action program between Russia and the Netherlands for 2008-2010.

"It is a serious document, which includes all issues - politics, economics, energy," a source in the Russian delegation said.

Zubkov will also meet with Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende and Queen Beatrice.

The Netherlands are Russia's second largest trade partner after Germany with bilateral turnover reaching $53 billion.

On November 6, 2007 Russian energy giant Gazprom signed a deal with Gasunie, giving the Dutch gas transportation company a 9% stake in the Nord Stream pipeline being built between Russian and Germany under the Baltic Sea.
