BEIJING, September 4 (RIA Novosti) -- At least ten people were killed and 36 others injured after their bus crashed into a tunnel in Zhejiang Province on Thursday morning, the Xinhua news agency said, citing the local traffic authority.
It said a shuttle bus carrying 46 people had hit the tunnel head-on in the city of Lishui, killing 10 people immediately
The 36 injured, including a 5-year-old boy, were rushed to local hospitals. None were thought to be in a critical condition.
An investigation is underway.
