At least five people were killed and around 30 were injured on Monday in a suicide bombing outside a court in the Pakistani city of Peshawar, the country's Geo TV reported.
A terrorist approached the court building in an auto-rickshaw, and blew himself up after being stopped by security guards, the channel said.
Peshawar is the capital of the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan, which borders on Afghanistan.
Several recent attacks have been carried out by the Pakistani Taliban. An army offensive against the insurgents has been underway in western Pakistan west since early May. Over 2,000 militants have been reported killed so far.
