The flight recorders from a Chinese passenger jet, which crashed on Tuesday in northeast China killing 42 people, have been discovered undamaged, local Heilongjiang TV company reported on Wednesday.
This information has not yet been officially confirmed.
The Henan Airlines plane with more than 90 people on board went down near Yichun City in China's Heilongjiang Province at about 14:10 GMT. There were 91 passengers and 5 crewmembers on board the aircraft.
The plane crashed approximately one hour after it had taken off. It overshot the runway in Yichun's airport and burst into flames.
