China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition, or Airshow China, is opening in the southern Chinese city of Zhuhai on Tuesday.

According to the exposition's website, it is the only international aerospace trade show in China that is approved by the Chinese central government.

It displays real-size products and promotes exchange of technology. The show has been held since 1996 every two years. This year's event will end November 21.

Sergei Kornev, the head of Russian state-run arms exporter Rosoboronexport's delegation, said the international show will give a fresh boost to Russian-Chinese military cooperation.
