Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali Karti on Wednesday accused Israel of carrying out an air strike near Port Sudan that killed two people.
Sudan said a missile fired by an aircraft that had flown in from the Red Sea struck a car on Tuesday.
The minister said there was no doubt it was an Israeli attack and that his country reserved the right to retaliate.
There has been no comment from Israeli officials.
