Russia needs 10 yrs of sustainable development - PutinThe recent U.S. debt downgrade by a leading debt ratings agency is harmful for the global economy, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said during his annual address to parliament on Wednesday.
"It has a negative effect on the global economy," Putin said.
His comments came two days after Standard & Poor lowered its top AAA rating on U.S. government debt.

RUSSIA WILL NEVER BE OPRESSED, ever Again.
I have created a plan to help build the Russian Economy, and the rules of the Federations. It will be required thaT Any corportion must buy a (russian) Federal Traders Bond from the government (per) million of it's projected worth as insurance on the WTO market. This will help the retoration of the economy; design new plans; and programs for education; and health care, AND THE INVESTOR will not loose thier shirt; can recover a % of losses an earn tax credits for future (real...free trade enterprize) investments to help the country and it's economy. That means JOBS!! When the import and export trade the merchant moving the product into the country must purchase the (bond) as value of product sold in the country, ans same rule applied. I hope the business investors ; and people find this helpful.
